Warehouse and Transportation – Common Commodities:

Q:  Will I work with multiple or a single account manager who will take full responsibility of everything on my account?
A:  A highly experienced clerk will manage your account; however backup clerks will be trained according to your account guidelines and SOPs for additional support.

Q:  How long does it take to get a customer up and running, from the time the contract is signed?
A:  Setup requires item master listing inclusive of item specifications (i.e. units of measure, weight, cube) and a customer ship to listing in an excel format so it can be uploaded into the system.  Once vendor, item, and ship to database have been set receiving and shipping activity can begin.

Q:  Does your organization have EDI capability?
A:  Yes, we will work with you to set up your EDI mapping requirements.  EDI capabilities can be customized according to vendors’ specifications and needs.

Warehouse and Transportation – Appliances:

Q:  Do you install appliances?
A:  Yes, we do. However the only custom built-in appliances we install are Kitchen-Aid and Jenn-Air refrigerators.

Q:  Do you haul away other appliances other than the one that you will be replacing?
A:  Yes, we do for an additional fee per appliance.

Q:  Who can purchase Scratch & Dents?
A:  Only authorized licensed dealers.

Q:  Do you sell parts?
A:  No.

Distribution - Marlin Division:

Q:  Where are you located?
A:  91-312 Komohana Street in Kapolei

Q:  Do you sell to individuals?
A:  No, we only are selling at wholesale to accounts that have prior authorization. A general excise tax license is needed.

Q:  Do you extend credit terms?
A:  Yes, terms can be extended with a completed and approved credit application.

Air/Ocean Freight:

Q:  Do you handle oversized freight?
A:  Yes, depending on Dimensions & Weight.

Q:  Do you do mall deliveries?
A:  Yes, we do and there is an inside delivery fee.

Q:  Do you do residential deliveries?
A:  Yes, but only to the front door or garage.
